HARAOA Group is organizing a DXpedition at Norfolk Island in July 2009, under the callsign VK9AAA.
The VK9AAA Team will be taking part in the RSGB IOTA Contest (25th - 26th July 2009) during there stay.

Digital ATV

The Digital Amateur Television test from the Melbourne ATV repeater VK3RTV
went exceedingly well on Sunday 7 June. A full story in the news section

Have checked on some more receivers that allow manual frequency tuning,
the new TEAC HD unit from JBHI @ $131 and WOW OLIN HD unit @ $99 works very well.

International Museum Weekend

The International Museum Weekend on the 20th and 21st of June has four
Australian museums taking part.

The stations are:
VK3RAN Amateur Radio Victoria on the HMAS Castlemaine at Williamstown on
Sunday 21 June.

And on the 20th and 21st of June:
VK3ATL the Geelong Amateur Radio Club, assisted by members of the Geelong
Radio and Electronics Society at Geelong Regional Museum.

VK3DJ Geelong Amateur Radio Club, Queenscliffe Maritime Museum.

VK7FLI Furneaux ship wreck museum on Flinders Island.

Sound Card to Radio Interface

This computer to radio interface can be used for any audio mode including voice.
The SCI provides isolation to remove earth loops as well as providing switching and level adjustment.
