Some VHF and above contests require
the location of stations to be exchanged on the first contact.
For the higher bands, accurate Latitude and Longitude are required, but for 2m
and below, its generally easier to exchange a shorter version using the
"Maidenhead Locator System", also known as "Grid Squares".
